With 30 years of experience, Jim Magnuson is the architect and lead of BECS’ Design Studio. He is responsible for the management, development and completion of all design work produced by the firm. He collaborates with internal and external consultant teams to develop coordinated drawings and specifications appropriate for competitive bidding and construction and assists project teams with forensic investigations and analysis of building codes and regulatory requirements.
Jim also develops and maintains the firm’s design standards and technical detail libraries and provides design work quality-control review.
