Thermal scanning allows us to see where temperature fluctuations may be present. These fluctuations can indicate where air and water may be leaking and provide information on poor-performing components.  Air leakage testing may involve pressurizing a component to draw through in a manner where we can see and identify through infrared, smoke, or bubbles.

Water penetration testing is a crucial tool for identifying the root cause of leaks and their path to the interior. These tests are valuable for investigatory testing of existing fenestrations and as independent testing services for new construction/new installation projects.

Walls are supposed to keep the outside out, or at least provide a path for water that is penetrated through the masonry. When drainage pathways are clogged or caulked over, water will often find its way into the interior of the building, rather than finding a pathway back out. To understand how much water is being penetrated through the masonry, penetration testing is performed to understand recorded volumes of water penetrating under a monitored constant pressure.
