End Date: Wednesday, September 14, 2022
Last Day to Book: Friday, August 12, 2022

We will be covering 4 of the most important aspects affecting restoration programs, as well as testing the performance of new and existing structures:

  • Cleaning and Protecting
    • Masonry’s longevity and beauty make it one of the world’s most widely used building materials. Unfortunately, masonry structures, new and old, are subjected to stains. Often, well-intended stewards will try to clean these stains and accidentally cause more harm by using the wrong product
  • Masonry Stabilization
    • Masonry anchors are used to revive and stabilize our buildings. This discussion is to help architects, engineers, contractors & owners return existing buildings to serviceability and ensure the stability of new buildings.
  • Air and Vapor Barriers
    • Air & water barrier-protected buildings are more durable, resilient and sustainable. Understanding how they are installed and inspected for quality assurance means the difference of having a protected building or being prone to issues.
  • Performance Testing
    • If your building is leaking air, then it’s not performing to its max. This is costing building owners and managers money as they spend more on energy. Understanding how to read the required specs for quality assurance testing is paramount to ensuring the building is built to last.
